Please remember that this collar is made of high-quality leather meant to handle everyday normal wear. Please be sure to treat it with care and remove it before letting your furry friend enjoy puddle jumping, swimming, or any other wet activity. It won't fall apart, but it definitely won't look as pretty after getting wet a few times. Just like how we humans change our shoes, bags, or watch bands for different activities, canvas collars or harnesses' are much better suited for outdoorsy activities.
Warranty for Dog collars:
We cover the first 30 days of warranty for defective bands. If you do have a problem with your band, please email customer service a couple of pictures showing the problem so we can decide if we need to replace or repair it. Our email is sales@copperrobin.com. After the warranty period, we do not replace or repair for free and may charge a repair service fee if necessary. The warranty doesn't cover water damage, chewed, neglected (left outdoors and forgotten about) or obvious rough wear and tear from leash or other strenuous activity.

Returns are accepted HASSEL FREE! We want you to love your product! If you don't love it, you are welcome to return items within 30 days of purchase date if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to avoid a 10% restocking fee.

The band is beautiful and I really love the way it looks with my Iwatch. i just wish the clasp was more substantial and user friendly. It's not as easy as I would like to clasp it closed. Other than that, I am very satisfied.

I love the quality and the weight of this watch. I’m keeping it and wearing it proudly! A couple things that I was disappointed in however, are the difficulty of the latch and the color. I ordered, rose gold, and on the website it looked like a great match to Apple’s rose gold watch. It is less than ideal in person, my rose gold looks pink, and the watch looks normal yellow gold.

The brown & rose gold watch band goes beautifully with my rose gold Apple Watch. It was very easy to adjust band by removing two links. The blend of metallics, leather and crystal makes this watch band very unique.

I love how the Goddess watch band transforms my Apple Watch to looking like designer jewelry. The band is a little big however the magic is the link just clip one to another so it is super simple to adjust!
I love this watch band. It’s heavy and chunky, exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I would change is if it had one more pair of links and one less pair of watch clasps, but then again that might be less comfortable so who knows. Anyway! I love it! Would purchase again (and I might, in gold).
I love the band, but in the photos it looks like the watch/device has a cover that comes with it, and it doesn't.
If you look closely at the photos in your ads. You can zoom in and see that there is some kind of protective cover, matching the band you're selling.
Do you sell those protective covers so I can have a seamless silver look to my Fitbit?

The sizing of the band is too large with all clinks and too small taking 1 link away. Also one of the links doesn’t connect well and keeps popping open which makes me not want to use this band. Which I’m sure is a problem specifically with the band I received. Overall I’m not thrilled with this band. It’s not bad and it’s not great. Firmly in the middle in my opinion

It’s delicate looking but still its sturdy. I like the fact that you can adjust the size to match what best works for not only your wrist size but your style too.
I asked ahead of time about the gold color, and they assured me it was going to be a very nice non brassy or yellow gold, and they were right! It's so so perfect, it's such an elegant gold, it's also a great fit. It does slightly make the spinner on the side a TINY bit harder to spin but once you get used to it, it's fine. Dont let that stop you from getting it though, it's still worth it to have a good quality accessory to help elevate outfits and stuff. (:

I was looking for a braided leather Apple Watch band and this is literally what I pictured, I was so happy to find it. It’s so high quality and I love the way you can fasten the strap at any point on the band bc of the design so it’s perfect for my narrow wrists. Glad I got two colors of this style!
