Shipping

 

Get free USPS first class shipping (3-5 business days) on any purchase $35 or more. For orders less than $35, USPS first class shipping starts at $4.50

Please allow 2 business days for orders to process and ship. We usually can get orders within 24 hours. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday, will ship on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a US holiday.

We occasionally can offer USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) for a $10 upgrade charge. Please contact us to request that.

UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping are also available and priced at checkout, based on your shipping address.

Returns

We want you to love everything you order! If, however your purchase is not your favorite, please fill out our return/exchange form (see below) and send it back within 30 days of receiving to exchange or get a refund (minus shipping costs).

Item must be in new/unused condition and in the packaging it arrived in. Orders placed from Nov. 1st to Dec. 31st must be returned/exchanged by Jan. 31st.

Please include your name and order number on a note explainging what you would like us to do with your order. I you are doing an exchange, we will contact you if there is a price difference or if the item is out of stock. We will help you find the perfect solution for you!

**Did you get your item with qualifying free shipping? A fee of $5 will be removed from your store credit or refund to cover shipping charges on returns/exchanges. 

***We can supply a return shipping label at the cost of the customer. It will be subtracted from your refund.

Returning Your Item from Your Online Gift Certificate: Please return your purchase within 30 days of receiving.  The item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is received after the 30 day policy, or the item has signs of wear or damage, your return request will be denied :-( please make sure your return meets the above guidelines. 

Sale Items :  All Sale Items are FINAL SALE  we will not accept returns on Sale Items.
