Shipping

Get free USPS first class shipping (3-5 business days) on any purchase $65 or more. For orders less than $65, USPS first class shipping starts at $8.24

Please allow 2 business days for orders to process and ship. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday, will ship on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a US holiday.

We occasionally can offer USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) for a $10 upgrade charge. Please contact us to request that.

UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping are also available and priced at checkout, based on your shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order! If your purchase is not your favorite, please fill out our return/exchange form below and mail your items back within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or a refund (minus shipping costs). Your package needs to be mailed within this window. Shipping your exchange back out to you is free and on us! 

Items must be in new/unused condition. Worn or used items cannot be accepted. A 10% restocking fee applies only when the original packaging is missing or damaged.

If we receive a return without instructions, we will go ahead and issue store credit.

Holiday returns: For orders placed November 1–December 31, please mail your return or exchange by January 31. This holiday deadline replaces the regular 30-day window for these orders.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for both returns and exchanges.

Items purchased with an online gift certificate

Please follow the mailing deadlines above. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items showing wear or damage cannot be accepted.

Sale items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please mail your package by the applicable deadline so we can process your return or exchange. Packages mailed after that deadline cannot be accepted.
