Warranty for Dog collars:

We cover the first 30 days of warranty for defective bands. If you do have a problem with your band, please email customer service a couple of pictures showing the problem so we can decide if we need to replace or repair it.  Our email is sales@copperrobin.com. After the warranty period, we do not replace or repair for free and may charge a repair service fee if necessary. The warranty doesn't cover water damage, chewed, neglected (left outdoors and forgotten about) or obvious rough wear and tear from leash or other strenuous activity.
